Skeeter's Batter Up is a Light Batter Mix.

When used as directed it will enhance flavor.
Skeeter's Batter Up is good on: Shrimp, Onion Rings, Tomatoes, Fish, Pork, Beef, Chicken, Oysters, Gatortail, Mushrooms, Scallops & Venison.

Tips for cooking:

Pre-heat grease to 375 degrees to 395 degrees.

If you don't have a thermometer, Drop a paper match into oil. When it lights the oil it is ready! Don’t worry if it sinks to the bottom of the pan, it will light when the temp is just right, & then go right out

DO NOT MIX WITH WATER!   It works best dry.

Peanut oil is the best, but pricey. Canola has a great taste & works for deep frying. Olive oil is good for pan frying too. I like venison the best in olive oil.
